If we miss that 10-working-day deadline through our own fault, we refund our eSaintLucia service fee — and still complete your company.
When does the 10-working-day clock start?
The clock starts once two things are true: we have received all required KYC documents from you, and your payment has cleared. We cannot start preparing or filing your application until both are in place, so the guarantee period begins from that point — not from when you place the order.
What does the guarantee cover — and not cover?
It covers the work eSaintLucia controls: preparing your application, running the name check, and filing/incorporating with the Saint Lucia Registry. It does not cover delays outside our control, such as additional government processing time, registry backlogs, public holidays, incomplete or inaccurate documents, enhanced due-diligence requests, or delays in your responses.
What happens if you miss the deadline?

Why is the guarantee on your processing, not the full government timeline?
We can guarantee our own speed because it is fully within our control. Government and registry turnaround can vary with workload and holidays, and it would be dishonest to promise something we cannot control. Guaranteeing our part keeps the promise both bold and credible.
How do I claim if you miss the deadline?
You do not have to fight for it. If we miss the deadline through our own fault, contact us with your order reference and we will process the service-fee refund — typically as instant account credit, or back to your original payment method within 30 days.
